Ispaghula (Plantago ovata Forsk): soluble fibres contained in the seeds have a useful laxative action for intestinal well-being, constipation and diarrhoea.

Milk thistle (Silybum Marianum Gaertn.): its fruit contains silymarin, a blend of flavonolignans (silybin, silydianin, silycristin), which are attributed the main health-related activities. Silymarin seems to increase hepatic cell resistance to the absorption of toxins, besides favouring the regeneration of new cells in the liver.

F.O.S. (fructooligosaccharides): soluble dietary fibre, resistant to digestion in the upper digestive tract, they encourage growth of bifidobacteria in the large intestine, thus reducing putrefactive flora and the related microbial degradation.

Aloe: with its anti-inflammatory action, it is used for gastrointestinal disorders.

Chlorophyll: it has an antioxidant and deodorant action, and is effective in case of excessive perspiration and body odour.

Bifidobacteria: lactic bacteria essential for intestinal health. They encourage the restoration of intestinal ecoflora and prevent the formation of putrefaction, flatulence and vaginal infections caused by yeast, reducing episodes of constipation.

Lactobacilli: essential microorganisms for the balance of intestinal microflora. They restore the balance of intestinal flora, reduce lactose intolerance, favour the production of B group vitamins, improve the immune response and promote body detoxification from harmful substances.

Other ingredients: maltodextrin, anti-caking agent (vegetable magnesium stearate). Capsule (DRcapsTM) of vegetable origin made of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, thickener (gellan gum).
