Iron: its main function is to combine with proteins and with copper to form haemoglobin.

Vitamin C: contributes to protect cells from oxidative stress, helps to reduce weariness and fatigue, and increases the absorption of iron.

Folic Acid, a B group vitamin, also called folacin or vitamin B9, is the precursor of many biologically active compounds called folates that contribute to the formation of blood.

Vitamin B12: essential vitamin for the normal metabolism of all cells, but particularly for bone marrow, nervous and immune system cells. It contributes to the formation of red blood cells.

Copper: micronutrient required for the formation of haemoglobin, red blood cells and myelin, it contributes to the transport of iron in the body.

Ingredients: bulking agent (calcium phosphate, bibasic), L-ascorbic acid, thickeners (stearic acid and hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), smoked iron, thickener (xanthane gum), anti-caking agent (vegetable magnesium stearate), iron bisglycinate, folic acid, iron gluconate, copper gluconate, iron citrate, cyanocobalamin, coating agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), resistance agent (glycerol).
