Saw Palmetto (Serenoa repens), fruit: For the presence of beta-sitosterols, the saw palmetto fruit extract has beneficial effects on the prostate, and by inhibiting the enzyme 5-alpha reductase, it contributes to the well-being and trophism of hair.
