There are several varieties of garlic in nature, but black garlic contained in this product is the result of a particular fermentation process that modifies its appearance and colour by sweetening the flavour and softening the texture.

 This meticulous procedure yields a compound that withholds and enhances only the beneficial properties of garlic.

ABG10+

S-allyl cysteine contained in this food supplement is a water-soluble sulphurated compound that is odourless and stable, a cysteine derivative. It is easily absorbed by the intestine. Several studies confirm the antioxidant properties of garlic and S-allyl cysteine. The mechanisms observed include:

- scavenger activity of ROS and RNS
- increased levels of enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidants
- activation of the Nrf2 factor
- inhibition of pro-oxidant enzymes (xanthine oxidase, cyclo-oxygenase and NADPH oxidase).
